What's included

Figures that meet the journal's checklist

Image requirements are one of the most common reasons manuscripts bounce back from production. We prepare your figures to specification the first time — presentation only, never content.

Journal-standard figures

Resolution, dimensions, file format, and color mode adjusted to the requirements of your target journal.

In-image text translation

Labels, axis titles, and annotations translated (PT/ES → EN) and re-set directly in the artwork.

Resolution improvement

Low-resolution or scanned figures redrawn or enhanced so they hold up in print and PDF.

Visual standardization

Consistent fonts, line weights, and color palettes across every figure in the manuscript.

Graphs & schematics

Charts, flowcharts, diagrams, and pipelines rebuilt cleanly from your data or sketches.

Submission-ready delivery

Final files named, sized, and exported to the journal's specifications, ready to upload.

Scope

What we prepare

Each figure is quoted individually, from simple format adjustments to full redraws — with an itemized estimate before any work begins.

  • Figures and composite panels
  • Graphs and statistical charts
  • Flowcharts and study diagrams (e.g., PRISMA, CONSORT)
  • Schematics and experimental pipelines
  • Graphical abstracts
  • Conference posters
  • Microscopy and imaging plates
  • Tables converted to editable formats

Process

How it works

  1. Send your figures

Share the images in any format you have — editable files, exports, or even drafts and sketches.

  2. Receive your quote

We review the number of figures, the work each one needs, and the journal requirements, and reply within one business day.

  3. Editing in progress

Figures are prepared to specification, with queries where a label or value is unclear.

  4. Delivery & follow-up

You receive submission-ready files plus editable sources when applicable. Adjustments after journal feedback are welcome.

Confidentiality & quality

Confidential, careful, and honest

  • Your files are handled confidentially, used only for the contracted service, and never shared outside the editorial team working on your project.
  • Quotes are based on a technical assessment of scope — never a flat guess — and confirmed with you before any work begins.
  • We prepare the language and presentation of your work; editorial decisions belong to journals and their reviewers. We will never promise acceptance — and we advise caution with anyone who does.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What file formats do you deliver?

Whatever the journal requires — typically TIFF, EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPEG at the specified resolution and dimensions. When we rebuild a figure, we can also deliver the editable source file.

Can you fix a low-resolution figure?

In most cases, yes. Charts, diagrams, and schematics are redrawn as vector artwork, which solves resolution permanently. Photographic images can be improved within technical limits, which we assess honestly in the quote.

Do you change my data?

Never. We work on presentation only: legibility, labeling, layout, and format. Values, curves, and image content remain exactly as you provided them, and any unclear element is returned to you as a query. Manipulating research images would violate publication ethics, and we do not do it.

Can you translate the text inside my figures?

Yes. Axis labels, legends, and annotations are translated with the same terminology used in your manuscript, so figures and text stay consistent.

How is pricing calculated?

Per figure, based on the work each one needs — from a simple format conversion to a full redraw. You receive an itemized quote before any work begins.

How are my images kept confidential?

Your files are handled confidentially, used only for the contracted service, and are not shared with anyone outside the editorial team working on your project.
