Editorial Services · Scientific Images
Figures, graphs, schematics, and graphical abstracts prepared for journal submission — correct resolution and format, translated labels, and a consistent visual language across your manuscript. Your data is never altered.
What's included
Image requirements are one of the most common reasons manuscripts bounce back from production. We prepare your figures to specification the first time — presentation only, never content.
Resolution, dimensions, file format, and color mode adjusted to the requirements of your target journal.
Labels, axis titles, and annotations translated (PT/ES → EN) and re-set directly in the artwork.
Low-resolution or scanned figures redrawn or enhanced so they hold up in print and PDF.
Consistent fonts, line weights, and color palettes across every figure in the manuscript.
Charts, flowcharts, diagrams, and pipelines rebuilt cleanly from your data or sketches.
Final files named, sized, and exported to the journal's specifications, ready to upload.
Scope
Each figure is quoted individually, from simple format adjustments to full redraws — with an itemized estimate before any work begins.
Process
Share the images in any format you have — editable files, exports, or even drafts and sketches.
We review the number of figures, the work each one needs, and the journal requirements, and reply within one business day.
Figures are prepared to specification, with queries where a label or value is unclear.
You receive submission-ready files plus editable sources when applicable. Adjustments after journal feedback are welcome.

FAQ
Whatever the journal requires — typically TIFF, EPS, PDF, PNG, or JPEG at the specified resolution and dimensions. When we rebuild a figure, we can also deliver the editable source file.
In most cases, yes. Charts, diagrams, and schematics are redrawn as vector artwork, which solves resolution permanently. Photographic images can be improved within technical limits, which we assess honestly in the quote.
Never. We work on presentation only: legibility, labeling, layout, and format. Values, curves, and image content remain exactly as you provided them, and any unclear element is returned to you as a query. Manipulating research images would violate publication ethics, and we do not do it.
Yes. Axis labels, legends, and annotations are translated with the same terminology used in your manuscript, so figures and text stay consistent.
Per figure, based on the work each one needs — from a simple format conversion to a full redraw. You receive an itemized quote before any work begins.
Your files are handled confidentially, used only for the contracted service, and are not shared with anyone outside the editorial team working on your project.
