Between the manuscript and the published article
Most of what decides a manuscript’s fate happens before a reviewer reads the science: the clarity of the English, the quality of the figures, the correctness of the metadata, the conformance of the XML. TraduzRivera works exactly in that space — the technical and linguistic preparation that lets the research be judged on its merits.
We are a Brazilian editorial services provider working with international clients in Portuguese, Spanish, and English. Our background combines academic translation and revision with the production side of scholarly publishing — journal workflows, SciELO packaging, JATS markup, and the day-to-day requirements of editorial offices.
That combination shapes how we work. A translation is not finished until its terminology survives contact with the field’s literature. A figure is not finished until it passes the journal’s production checklist. An XML package is not finished until it validates. We hold our own work to the standards your publisher will apply to it.
We stay deliberately small in how we operate: you talk directly to the editorial team handling your material, scope is assessed before any price is quoted, and every delivery is documented. No anonymous queues, no inflated promises — and no shortcuts with your confidential material.
